Amàre Cancún Adults Only All-Inclusive Resort, Curio by Hilton opened on October 31, 2026, with 429 suites at Km 4.5 on Boulevard Kukulcán in Cancún's Hotel Zone. Hilton announced the opening on November 2, and the resort participates in Hilton Honors.
According to Hilton's release, it's the first Amàre Hotels property outside Spain, the brand's first all-inclusive and the first Curio Collection by Hilton property in Cancún. Here's what's at the resort, what costs extra and how to think about booking it.
What Happened
Amàre is a collection of adults-only hotels on the Mediterranean and Atlantic coasts of Spain, including Amàre Marbella, Amàre Ibiza and Amàre Sancti Petri. Fuerte Group, the family-owned Spanish hotel group behind the brand, owns and operates the Cancún resort. It joins Hilton as part of Curio Collection by Hilton, which Hilton describes as a global portfolio of more than 200 individually remarkable hotels.
The resort sits in Playa Langosta, at what Hilton calls the northern gateway to the Hotel Zone. Hilton puts it minutes from the Isla Mujeres ferries and about 30 minutes from Cancún International Airport, which has nonstop flights from U.S. hubs including New York, Dallas and Miami. The release also describes the setting as a protected bay where natural currents help preserve the beach and keep the water calm, clear and largely sargassum-free for most of the year.
Sylvia Scholey, Hilton's vice president and global head of All-Inclusive and Resorts, tied the opening to the loyalty program. "Through our partnership with Fuerte Group and Amàre Hotels, guests can enjoy an unforgettable stay backed by Hilton’s world-class service and the benefits of Hilton Honors," she said in the release.
What's at Amàre Cancún
The resort has seven restaurants, two 360-degree rooftop infinity pools, a spa with nine treatment rooms and more than 10,000 square feet of indoor and outdoor event space. Hilton says each guest touchpoint (gastronomy, mixology, music, wellness and art) is designed by a dedicated curator.
The dining lineup is the headline. HAYACA, a Latin American and Mediterranean fusion concept from chef Mauricio Giovanini, gets its first permanent home here after starting as a summer pop-up at Amàre Marbella and Amàre Ibiza. Hilton says Giovanini is Michelin-starred at Restaurante Messina in Marbella. Chef Jordi Cantó created the concepts for VITA, an Italian restaurant, and BLANC, a French brasserie, and designed the menu at LA CAVA, the signature dining room.
The rest of the list includes SAORI, a Japanese rooftop restaurant on the 29th level that also houses TEPPAN, a teppanyaki show kitchen, and MARE NOSTRUM, a Mediterranean-inspired buffet serving breakfast, lunch and dinner. Two grills, BREEZE and EMBER, handle the pool and beach area by day, and there's 24-hour in-suite dining. RITUAL, the lobby coffee house, is open around the clock.
The spa is SPA by Germaine de Capuccini, with a hammam, a sauna and a steam room. The gym is open 24 hours, and there's sunrise yoga and meditation.
What Costs Extra, and What the One Adds
Hilton lists TEPPAN and LA CAVA as premium experiences at an additional charge. Plan for that if either is the reason you're booking.
The resort also runs a premium tier called The One across 111 beachfront and upper-floor suites, including the Master and Presidential Suites. Hilton lists these perks for it:
- Dedicated VIP check-in and access to THE ONE Lounge
- Priority restaurant and venue reservations
- Exclusive access to the BELVUE rooftop and its infinity pool until 5:00 PM
- Premium in-suite amenities, including an elevated minibar selection and Nespresso
- A dedicated concierge for The One Club Suites
Per the release, BELVUE, the rooftop bar, is reserved for The One guests by day and opens to all guests each evening for the resort's Sunset Ritual.
Why This Matters for Hilton Honors Members
Scholey said Hilton continues to grow its all-inclusive portfolio "from family-friendly resorts to adults-only experiences, and from lifestyle to luxury." Amàre Cancún is an adults-only option in the Hotel Zone. If you've been weighing the options in our roundup of all-inclusive resorts you can book with points, you'll find Amàre already among its adults-only picks.

What You Should Do
Hilton says the resort is available to book at amarehotels.com or hilton.com, through the Hilton Honors app or with a preferred travel advisor. Hilton also says Honors members who book directly with Hilton can earn points. If you want the stay to count in Hilton Honors, book on hilton.com or in the Hilton Honors app, and check how a booking through amarehotels.com or an advisor is treated before you choose that route.
Before you commit, pull up your dates on hilton.com and see what it shows for your stay. If The One's lounge, priority reservations and daytime access to the BELVUE rooftop matter to you, price a suite with The One against one without it.
If the premium dining matters, budget for TEPPAN and LA CAVA separately. The release lists both at an additional charge.
The Bottom Line
As of November 2, 2026, Amàre Cancún, Curio by Hilton is open and available to book, and it participates in Hilton Honors. It's adults-only, with chef-led dining and a music program, so it isn't a fit for a family trip. Check the rate for your dates on hilton.com before you book.
