Signia Hilton Naples Grande Beach Resort will reopen in January 2027 with five new places to eat and drink, Hilton announced on November 3, 2026. The lineup is Spoonbill, Solfina Bar and Terrace, Vicolo Social Club and Trattoria, Cocoplum Pool Bar and Flipside Beach Bar.

The new venues are part of a property-wide transformation that covers all 474 guest accommodations along with the resort's dining, wellness and gathering spaces. Here's what each venue serves, who's running the kitchens and what the reopening means if you're weighing a Naples stay booked through Hilton. The resort is also on Hilton's 2027 opening list, which our roundup of new Hilton openings in 2027 covers.

What Hilton Announced

According to Hilton's release, the five concepts will debut when the resort officially welcomes guests in January 2027. They range from an all-day café and marketplace to a coastal Mediterranean bar, a modern Italian social club and trattoria, a pool bar and a retro beachfront eatery.

Chef Asif Syed, whom the resort recently appointed as Director of Culinary, will lead the reimagined food and beverage program and bring the five concepts together. Hilton describes him as an acclaimed Florida chef and restaurateur.

Gary Sims, the resort's vice president managing director, tied the new restaurants to the wider renovation. "Signia Hilton Naples Grande Beach Resort is undergoing an exciting transformation, with a reimagined culinary program designed to bring people together through moments of connection, discovery and celebration," he said. "We can't wait to bring each concept to life, alongside the signature hospitality of Signia Hilton, when we reopen in January."

The Five New Venues at Signia Hilton Naples Grande

The five venues cover a full day at the resort, from breakfast in the lobby to dinner at an Italian trattoria, with two casual outdoor bars in between. Here's how Hilton describes each one.

Spoonbill: The Lobby Café and Marketplace

Spoonbill takes its name from the roseate spoonbill, a bird native to Florida's wetlands. It'll sit on the lobby level and run from morning through evening. A dedicated pastry chef will lead a made-in-house pastry program, and the menu adds freshly prepared sandwiches, salads, fresh-pressed juices and wellness-focused options.

At night, the café shifts to ice cream and affogatos. It'll also carry a selection of retail items, so it doubles as the resort's marketplace.

Solfina Bar and Terrace: The New Lobby Bar

Solfina reimagines the resort's signature lobby bar as an indoor-outdoor space. The menu is citrus-forward and draws on Mediterranean flavors, with Neapolitan pizzas, crudo and shareable plates. Classic cocktails, including Negronis and Spritzes, anchor the drinks list, and seating mixes communal tables with more private spots.

Vicolo Social Club and Trattoria: Italian for Dinner

Hilton calls Vicolo the final addition to the new lineup. It's designed as a modern Italian social club, with music and lighting setting the mood for an evening out. The menu centers on house-made pastas, a dedicated steak program and tableside service, with martinis and creative cocktails from a new bar.

Cocoplum Pool Bar

Cocoplum brings an open-concept kitchen and bar to the pool deck. The food is a lighter menu of poolside staples such as burgers and fresh salads. Frozen cocktails, wines and champagne round it out, and it's built for a casual lunch between swims.

Flipside Beach Bar

Flipside sits steps from the Gulf and takes a retro approach to the classic beach bar. The fast-casual menu includes smash burgers, crispy fries and sandwiches, alongside frozen drinks, buckets of beer and canned cocktails. You can eat there or take food and drinks down to Clam Pass Beach.

What It Means If You're Planning a Stay

The resort offers direct access to three miles of white sand beach, according to Hilton, and it has indoor and outdoor meeting and event space, multiple dining outlets and a full-service spa. Hilton pitches the resort to leisure travelers, groups and special events. With a fast-casual beach bar on one end and tableside service on the other, the dining lineup covers both a quick bite and a night out without leaving the property.

Hilton says Signia Hilton hotels can be booked at signiahilton.com or through the Hilton Honors app, and that Hilton Honors members who book directly through its preferred channels have access to instant benefits. If you're comparing it with other Hilton beach resorts, our piece on Hale Hokuala Kauai covers another resort in the Hilton Honors lineup.

This isn't the pick for a trip in late 2026. Hilton dates the official reopening to January 2027, and the resort is undergoing its revitalization until then.
