Hilton plans to open hotels across the globe in 2027, including brand debuts in more than 30 countries, according to a release the company published October 29, 2026. The list leans on historic buildings and resort destinations. It also includes new extended-stay options, such as the first Home2 Suites by Hilton in Hawaii and in Atlantic Canada.

If you earn Hilton Honors points, this is a preview of where your next stays may land. The opening dates below are the anticipated dates Hilton gave.

The Headline Openings

Hilton describes 2027 as a year of reimagining historic landmarks and adding distinctive stays in cities and resort locations. Its highlights include NoMad Detroit inside Michigan Central Station, Waldorf Astoria debuts in Tokyo and Sydney, and the first Signia Hilton in Asia Pacific.

Other firsts in the release: Hilton's first luxury brand in Vietnam with Conrad Phu Quoc, Homewood Suites by Hilton's entry into Brazil, and Tapestry Collection by Hilton's first hotel in the Maldives. Curio Collection by Hilton enters Malaysia, and LXR Hotels & Resorts and Motto by Hilton both debut in Australia.

First Quarter in the Americas

The earliest dates in the release fall in the first quarter of 2027. These are the U.S. hotels with that date:

  • Canopy New York City 34th Street. This will be the brand's debut in New York City. The 365-room, new-build hotel will be in Midtown near Madison Square Garden, Penn Station and Moynihan Train Hall, with a rooftop lounge and an open-air terrace.
  • Signia Hilton Naples Grande Beach Resort. The Naples, Florida property will be a newly transformed beachfront resort, set among the mangrove forests of Clam Pass.
  • Tempo by Hilton Tucson Uptown. A five-story hotel with 144 rooms, some with in-room fitness equipment, plus an outdoor pool and onsite restaurant.
  • Home2 Suites by Hilton Nashville near Opryland. Suites with in-room kitchens, a heated indoor pool and a pet-friendly policy.

The quarter also brings Chelsea Bogota Parque 93, Tapestry Collection by Hilton, Home2 Suites by Hilton Charlottetown (the brand's first in Atlantic Canada), Tru by Hilton Punta Cana, and Homewood Suites by Hilton Florianópolis, the brand's first hotel in Brazil.

NoMad Detroit Is the Standout

NoMad Detroit is anticipated for early spring 2027, and Hilton calls it the company's first luxury lifestyle hotel in the United States. It will occupy parts of the historic base of Michigan Central Station and the top five floors of the 15-story tower in the Corktown neighborhood. The hotel will have 176 rooms.

The station opened in 1913 and was once the tallest railroad station in the world, per the release. The hotel will add a signature restaurant, a library and lobby bar, a spa, a fitness center and more than 4,500 square feet of meeting and event space. All of it will sit within Michigan Central's 30-acre innovation district.

The Rest of 2027 in the Americas

Second-quarter openings skew toward lifestyle and extended-stay brands. Motto by Hilton Indianapolis Downtown will take over the historic King Cole Building with 116 rooms. Maison Dupuy New Orleans French Quarter, Curio Collection by Hilton, will be Hilton's first hotel firmly within the French Quarter, with 200 rooms built from five historic townhouses. Homewood Suites go to Seattle Downtown Lake Union and Homestead Miami South, and Home2 Suites arrives in Knoxville.

Tempo by Hilton Virginia Beach Town Center is listed for the first half of 2027, with 163 rooms.

The third quarter is heavy on boutique and campus-town hotels:

  • Hotel Lexicon Boston, Tapestry Collection by Hilton, in Beacon Hill.
  • Casa di Sirena Campos do Jordão, Curio Collection by Hilton, with 72 rooms in Brazil's Serra da Mantiqueira mountains.
  • Jean Hotel Polanco, Curio Collection by Hilton, a 34-room boutique in Mexico City.
  • Graduate by Hilton Laramie and Graduate by Hilton Manhattan, Kansas, the brand's debuts in Wyoming and Kansas.
  • Hilton Garden Inn Salta in Argentina.

The last quarter brings Home2 Suites by Hilton Kihei Maui, the first Home2 Suites in Hawaii. Waldorf Astoria Miami Beach is listed for winter 2027.

The list also includes branded residences. Waldorf Astoria Residences Pompano Beach, Florida, is a 92-residence oceanfront tower that recently celebrated its topping-off, with an anticipated delivery in summer 2027. Hilton calls it the first standalone residential development in the portfolio.

Europe, Asia and the Pacific

The release also lists hotels outside the Americas. Here is a selection:

  • Conrad Corfu, Greece (spring 2027). A 136-room resort with rooms, suites and villas on a 200-meter beachfront.
  • Hilton Mykonos Beach Resort & Spa, Greece (spring 2027). A 67-room resort on Super Paradise Beach.
  • Signia Hilton Tainan, Taiwan (Q1 2027). The first Signia Hilton in Asia Pacific.

  • Motto by Hilton Sydney City Centre (Q4 2027). The Australian debut of Motto.
  • Signia Hilton Jaipur, India (Q4 2027). A 289-room hotel.
  • Conrad Phu Quoc, Vietnam (late 2027). A 208-room hotel and Hilton's first luxury brand in Vietnam.

What to Do With This List

Start by matching openings to trips you'd already take. If a city on the list is already on your calendar, the first quarter hotels have the earliest dates. Our write-ups of Conrad Athens The Ilisian, which opened April 23, 2026, and Hale Hokuala Kauai, Curio Collection by Hilton's first Hawaii resort, cover two recent Hilton openings.

Watch for two things. First, the opening dates in the release are anticipated, so treat each one as a target. Second, check that a hotel is taking reservations for your dates before you book nonrefundable flights around it.

If you're deciding which card fits a year of Hilton stays, our Hilton Honors American Express Card review covers the no-annual-fee option. Hilton says Hilton Honors members can earn and redeem points across its growing global portfolio.
