Chase's terms say the card isn't available to you if you currently have, or received a new cardmember bonus in the last 24 months on, the Marriott Bonvoy Premier, Boundless, Premier Plus or Bold; the Bountiful isn't on that list. Marriott's archived card page showed this 5 Free Night Award offer from January 19 to March 11, 2026, and up to 4 Free Night Awards by March 25, 2026, so the April date below is past the end of the 5-night offer. Updated 2026-09-25: The Marriott Bonvoy Bountiful is still offered; Chase's page shows it at a $250 annual fee with an 85,000-point offer. Chase's Boundless terms also block the bonus if you received a bonus on the Marriott Bonvoy Brilliant, Bevy or Business American Express cards in the last 24 months. And Marriott now lets you add up to 25,000 points to a Free Night Award, up from the 15,000 below.
The Marriott Bonvoy Boundless has been cycling through one of its strongest welcome bonuses in years: 5 free night awards, each redeemable at properties costing up to 50,000 Bonvoy points per night, after $3,000 in purchases in the first three months of card membership. As of April 2026, that's a potential ceiling of 250,000 Bonvoy points in stay value, on a card with a $95 annual fee.
Two cautions before you go further. Chase has rotated the public Boundless offer between 3 and 5 free nights over the past 18 months, and at times has quoted the bonus in straight points (75,000 to 100,000) rather than free night certificates. Confirm the live offer on the application page before you apply. And free night certificates from welcome bonuses expire 12 months after issue, so they are not a reason to apply unless you have travel you can book inside that window.

Who Can't Get The Bonus
Chase enforces its 5/24 rule on this card. You're not eligible if you've opened five or more credit cards from any issuer in the past 24 months. There's also a 24-month Marriott rule across the Chase Marriott portfolio: if you currently hold or have received a welcome bonus on the Boundless, the Bold, or the discontinued Bountiful within the past 24 months, you're blocked. A separate 90-day rule applies if you were approved for a Marriott Amex card in the prior three months.
What The Card Earns After The Bonus
The Boundless earns up to 17x total at participating Marriott Bonvoy hotels, 3x on the first $6,000 each year in groceries, gas, and dining combined, and 2x on everything else. It grants automatic Silver Elite status and 15 elite night credits per calendar year, useful if you're tracking toward Gold or Platinum. The annual free night certificate, valued up to 35,000 points, posts every year on your account anniversary.
Why It's Worth A Look
At 0.7 cents per Bonvoy point, five 50,000-point nights work out to roughly $1,750 in hotel value, which clears the $95 fee many times over for anyone who genuinely stays at Marriott. If you can't picture five Marriott nights inside a year, this isn't your card. Consider the World of Hyatt credit card instead, where points hold their value at lower price points. Confirm the live Boundless offer is still 5 free nights before you apply.
