As of October 2, 2026, Emirates plans to fly its Airbus A350 daily between Orlando and Dubai from November 1, 2026. It's an aircraft change on an existing route: the A350 replaces the Boeing 777 that Emirates has flown to Orlando since the route launched in 2015. For anyone flying it, the news is the cabin: the A350 has Premium Economy, and Emirates calls the A350's U.S. debut the next step in its Premium Economy rollout.
Emirates announced the change on October 1 and says Orlando will mark its first deployment of the A350 on scheduled services to a U.S. gateway.
The Schedule and the Cabins
Emirates' announcement gives the daily schedule, in local times:
- EK219 leaves Dubai at 3:05 a.m. and arrives in Orlando at 10:20 a.m.
- EK220 leaves Orlando at 8:20 p.m. and arrives in Dubai at 7:10 p.m. the next day.
The A350 has three cabins: 32 Business Class seats in a 1-2-1 layout, 28 Premium Economy seats and 238 Economy seats.
What Premium Economy Gets You
Emirates describes a 19.5-inch Premium Economy seat with legroom and recline, a six-way adjustable headrest, a footrest, in-seat charging and a wood-finished side cocktail table. The 13.3-inch screen carries Emirates' entertainment system, which the airline says has more than 6,500 channels.
Service starts with a welcome drink in glassware, and meals come on Royal Doulton china with an extended drinks list. Emirates also lists amenity kits, blankets and pillows made for the cabin, priority boarding and a dedicated Premium Economy check-in area at Dubai International.
Past Dubai, Emirates says Premium Economy is available onward to more than 90 destinations where the product is offered, including West Asia, the Indian Ocean islands, the Far East and Australasia. Check that your connecting flight has the cabin before you pay for it.
