Wyndham Rewards Homes & Havens went live on October 29, 2026, putting nearly 800 professionally managed vacation homes and villas into the program at launch. Members earn 5 points per U.S. dollar on qualified bookings, and redemptions start at 15,000 points per bedroom, per night, according to Wyndham's release. Here's how earning and redeeming work, and what to check before you book.
What Launched
The homes and villas can be booked online from October 29 at WyndhamRewards.com/HomesandHavens. Select villas need an online reservation request first, followed by outreach from a reservation specialist.
Wyndham says hundreds of additional accommodations, including cabins, yurts and tiny homes, are expected to join in the coming months.
How Earning Works
Members earn 5 Wyndham Rewards points per U.S. dollar spent on qualified bookings. Qualified nights also count toward unlocking the next Member Level, which is Wyndham's version of status. Read the terms for what counts as a qualified booking before you pay.
If you're comparing this with a regular hotel stay, our guide to earning Wyndham Rewards points covers the hotel side.
How Redemptions Work
Redemptions currently start at 15,000 points per bedroom, per night, with additional tiers at 30,000 and 45,000 points. The tier depends on the nightly rate per bedroom. Wyndham says a 5,000-point tier is expected as the collection expands, so don't plan around it yet.
Redemptions are booked by contacting Wyndham Rewards Member Services at least 60 days in advance. Points cover the base rate only, excluding taxes, cleaning fees and other mandatory charges.
Wyndham expects most properties to be available for redemption, but not all will qualify, so confirm that a specific home is eligible before you build a trip around it.
What to Do Next
Pick a home at WyndhamRewards.com/HomesandHavens. If you want to pay with points, contact Member Services at least 60 days before the dates you want and ask about that property's eligibility first. If you'd rather earn, check the booking terms for the 5 points per dollar and the Member Level credit before you pay. The 5,000-point tier and the new cabins, yurts and tiny homes are described as expected, so wait on those.
