Where the Hotel Stands Today
As of November 5, the hotel's own page on the Ritz-Carlton website still says: "Kindly note that our hotel does not participate in Marriott Bonvoy." That's the page to watch for the change.
What to Do Now
Don't plan a Singapore stay around Bonvoy points until you can see a points price for your dates on Marriott's site.
