Marriott is paying 3X base points on Homes & Villas by Marriott Bonvoy stays of five or more consecutive nights next summer. Register by November 20, 2026, and book between October 19 and November 20, 2026, for a stay completed between May 25 and September 11, 2027. It's open to registered Marriott Bonvoy members.
Offer Details
- The bonus: 3X base points per qualifying U.S. dollar on eligible paid stays. Members earn 5 base points per qualifying U.S. dollar on Homes & Villas, and the terms say the promotion bonus is calculated on 3X base points and doesn't include Elite bonus points.
- Who qualifies: Marriott Bonvoy members who register by November 20, 2026.
- Book: on the Homes & Villas by Marriott Bonvoy website between October 19, 2026, at 12:01 a.m. EST and November 20, 2026, at 11:59 p.m. EST, paying with a debit or credit card.
- The stay: five or more consecutive nights at the same property, completed between May 25, 2027, and September 11, 2027.
- Getting the points: add your Marriott Bonvoy account number when you book. The points should appear within 72 hours after the stay ends.
What Counts and What Doesn't
Taxes, booking fees, cleaning fees, security deposits and add-on services don't earn points. The terms also list these as excluded: rentals booked through third-party sites, Marriott Participating Brand Residences, Marriott branded hotels, branded residences and Marriott Executive Apartments, award stays paid fully or partly with points, members who chose airline miles instead of points, and canceled stays and no-shows.
The Start Date
The offer page's banner reads "May 24, 2027," but the terms say stays must be completed between May 25, 2027, and September 11, 2027. We're using the terms, so plan around May 25.
Who Should Book
Book if you already know you want a vacation rental for five or more nights next summer and can lock in the booking by November 20. Register on Marriott's offer page by November 20, 2026. Reservations made before October 19, 2026, don't count, even if you register them afterward, and the bonus isn't applied to existing reservations.
