Marriott headlines it as "Earn 3,000 up to 12,000 Bonus Points" and says "Book by Nov 13." The terms fill in the rest:
- Who qualifies: registered Marriott Bonvoy members who are Silver Elite or above when they register and through the end of the stay.
- Bonus: 3,000 bonus points per night, up to a maximum of 12,000 bonus points per qualifying paid stay.
- Booking window: October 5, 2026 (12:01 AM EST) to November 13, 2026 (11:59 PM EST), on the Homes & Villas by Marriott Bonvoy website.
- Stay dates: two or more consecutive nights at the same property, completed between October 7, 2026 and March 31, 2027.
- Minimum spend: $1,500 USD in qualifying charges. Taxes, booking fees, cleaning fees, security deposits and add-on services don't count.
- Payment: by credit card.
The bonus comes on top of the 5 base points per dollar on qualifying charges and any elite bonus points. Marriott says points post within 72 hours after the stay.
What Doesn't Qualify
Rentals booked through third-party sites don't earn the bonus, and neither do Marriott branded hotels, branded residences or Marriott Executive Apartments. Award stays paid fully or partly with points are out, as are members who earn airline miles instead of Bonvoy points. Canceled stays and no-shows earn nothing.

- Sign in on Marriott's Homes & Villas offer page and register by November 13, 2026.
- Book a stay of two or more nights directly on homes-and-villas.marriott.com by November 13, with at least $1,500 in qualifying charges, paid by credit card.
- Enter your Bonvoy membership number and the email address on your account correctly when you book.

Say you book four nights at a home with $2,000 in qualifying charges. That's 12,000 bonus points at 3,000 a night, plus 10,000 base points at 5 per dollar.
