As of October 1, 2026, Hilton Honors members can earn up to 6,000 Turkish Airlines Miles&Smiles miles by completing three eligible Hilton stays by December 31, 2026. You have to register by November 30, book direct with Hilton, and link your Miles&Smiles number in your Hilton profile before you check out of your first stay.
The bonus climbs with each stay, and the third one alone pays an additional 3,000 miles. Here's how it works and the steps that trip people up.
How the Bonus Works
Hilton's promotion page lays out three tiers:
- First eligible stay: 1,000 Miles&Smiles miles.
- Second eligible stay: an additional 2,000 miles.
- Third eligible stay: an additional 3,000 miles.
The maximum is 6,000 Miles&Smiles miles per member. Hilton counts a stay as all the consecutive nights at the same hotel, even if you check out and back in, so three nights at the same hotel are one stay, not three.
Key dates:
- Register: October 1 to November 30, 2026.
- Stay: completed October 1 to December 31, 2026. You can check in before October 1 as long as you check out by December 31.
- Where: hotels and resorts in the Hilton portfolio worldwide.
How to Get the Miles
- Register on Hilton's promotion page while logged in to your Hilton Honors account. If you're not a member, you can join free from the same page and register right away.
- Add your Miles&Smiles number in Hilton's profile. Go to your Hilton Honors travel preferences, choose "Add new travel partner," pick Turkish Airlines and enter your member number. Hilton's terms say you must also select Miles&Smiles as your Preferred Partner, and this has to be done on Hilton.com before you check out of your first stay.
- Check that your names match. The name on your Hilton Honors account has to match your Miles&Smiles account, or the miles won't post.
- Book direct. The terms say the offer applies only to stays booked on Hilton direct channels, which means Hilton.com or the Hilton Honors app.
Registering alone doesn't earn anything; Hilton's terms spell that out. The miles post only when the other three steps are done too.
The Fine Print
- Rates: any stay Hilton Honors' terms classify as ineligible doesn't count, and Hilton's FAQ confirms not every rate is included.
- Existing bookings count. A reservation you made before registering still qualifies, as long as you register before you check out and the stay is eligible.
- Stays before you register don't. Hilton's FAQ says stays completed before registration earn no promotional miles.
- Groups are excluded, and Hilton says the promotion may not combine with certain other offers.
- Posting time: the terms say to allow up to eight weeks after your stay for the miles to appear in your Miles&Smiles account.

Why It's Worth Registering
If you're already staying at Hilton this fall, this is free miles for a few minutes in your profile. Say you have three separate Hilton trips planned before year-end: registering and linking your account is the difference between 6,000 Miles&Smiles miles and none.
