Delta One isn't one seat. Delta says its Delta One seat configurations vary by aircraft type and size, and its aircraft pages list seats from 19 to 22.5 inches wide and beds from 76 to 80 inches long, with the widest seat on the A330-900neo. This guide puts those published numbers side by side, from Delta's own pages read on October 23, 2026, so you know what you're booking before you pay.
Delta One Seats by Aircraft
Here's what Delta's aircraft pages list for the planes that fly Delta One:
- Airbus A350-900: 32 Delta One seats on the 306-seat layout and 40 on the 275-seat layout, with a 20.46-inch-wide seat and a 76 to 77 inch flat bed.
- Airbus A330-900neo: 29 Delta One seats on a 281-seat plane, with a 22.5-inch-wide seat and a 79 to 80 inch flat bed.
- Airbus A330-300: 34 Delta One seats on a 282-seat plane, with a 19.7-inch-wide seat and an 80 inch flat bed.
- Airbus A330-200: 34 Delta One seats on a 223-seat plane, with a 19.7-inch-wide seat and an 80 inch pitch.
- Boeing 767-400ER: 34 Delta One seats on a 238-seat plane, with a 20-inch-wide seat and a 77 inch flat bed.
- Boeing 767-300ER: 26 Delta One seats on the 216-seat layout and 36 on the 211-seat layout, with a 20.5-inch-wide seat and a 77 inch flat bed.
- Boeing 757-200: 16 Delta One seats on the 168-seat layout, with a 19-inch-wide seat and a 76 inch flat bed.
Delta's 737-900ER and three other 757-200 layouts list a first class cabin instead of Delta One, so a 757 doesn't always mean Delta One.
Which Plane Has the Roomiest Seat
On Delta's published numbers, the A330-900neo has the widest Delta One seat at 22.5 inches, with a 79 to 80 inch bed. The A330-300 lists a 19.7-inch-wide seat and an 80 inch flat bed, and the A330-200 lists the same 19.7-inch width with an 80 inch pitch. The A350-900 lists a 20.46-inch seat and a 76 to 77 inch bed, the two 767s list 77 inches, and the 757-200 lists the narrowest seat at 19 inches with a 76 inch bed.
Delta says the Delta One suite experience, with full-height doors and privacy dividers between the center suites, is on most A350 and A330-900 flights. Our Delta One suites guide covers which planes carry it today.
Cabin Size Changes Too
The seat isn't the only thing that varies. The 757-200 has 16 Delta One seats, the A330-900neo 29, and the A330-200, A330-300 and 767-400ER 34 each. The 767-300ER has 26 or 36 and the A350-900 32 or 40, depending on the layout, and Delta's A350 page lists wireless charging on its 275-seat layout.
Delta also says most Delta One seats have direct aisle access and lists in-seat power at every seat. Open the seat map for your flight to see which layout you've got.
What's Changing
Delta announced in April 2026 that its A330-200 and A330-300 fleet is getting suites with privacy doors for the first time. Delta also says its next-generation suite arrives on the A350-1000 in 2027, with a bed more than 3 inches longer than its standard Delta One seat. Delta describes that suite as reverse herringbone, with outer rows facing the windows and a sliding window between the adjoining middle suites that you can open if you're traveling with a companion.
How to Book the Plane You Want
Pick your dates, open the details for each Delta One flight and note the aircraft type. Schedules change, so check the aircraft again before you pay and again before you fly. If a different plane swaps in, the seat can change with it.
If you pay for Delta flights by card, the Delta SkyMiles Reserve and the Delta SkyMiles Platinum show their current rates and fees on their pages. If Delta One doesn't fit the trip, our Premium Select overview covers Delta's premium economy cabin, and our Delta One Lounge guide covers the pre-flight side.
