The Port of Seattle has approved a roughly 16,000-square-foot Chase Sapphire Lounge at Seattle-Tacoma International Airport (SEA). The commission voted on October 27, 2026. The lounge will sit on Concourse A, next to Delta's lounge complex.

What Was Approved

The approval covers a 15-year lease. Chase plans to invest $70 million across the initial build and a midterm refurbishment, and it is partnering with Airport Dimensions on the project.

The vote came after commissioners postponed the decision in September.

Where It Goes

The lounge will be on Concourse A, next to Delta's lounge complex, which includes the Delta One Lounge. It will take over space that The Club at SEA is leaving.

That space opens up through a lounge shuffle. United is building a new club on Concourse B in the space of the former Centurion Lounge, and The Club at SEA is moving into the space United leaves.

Who the Lounge Is For

Chase's Sapphire Lounges are aimed mainly at Chase Sapphire Reserve and Sapphire Reserve for Business cardholders. Our earlier report on Chase's Seattle lounge proposal covers what was on the table before the vote.
