One way, per flight. Iberia’s own note: "The bands are determined by the distance between origin and destination (per flight). A return ticket costs twice as much as a single fare. This Avios award chart has exceptions, meaning that not all flights whose distance corresponds to a band are included in the band. The chart does not apply when the ticket combines Iberia Group flights with those of any other carrier (except British Airways and Vueling). The prices for Premium Economy cabin shall be for those destinations where Iberia offers that cabin." Turista Premium Comfort is blank in bands 1 to 4 for that reason. Iberia publishes its peak and off peak dates separately; check which one applies when booking.
