What Capital One Venture X Rewards's terms say
Primary cardholders have complimentary lounge access. Additional cardholders, including account managers and authorized users, do not have complimentary lounge access. Primary cardholders and account managers can purchase airport lounge access for additional cardholders for an annual lounge access fee of $125 per additional cardholder.
