Some American Express cardholders have a targeted Amex Offer for $200 back when they spend $2,500 or more with Virgin Atlantic. The deadline to book is December 13, 2026, and the flight itself can happen later. It's targeted, so it appears only on the cards Amex chose, and you'll need to check your own account to see whether it's there.
The Offer Terms
- The credit: $200 back as a statement credit.
- The spend: $2,500 or more on eligible purchases with Virgin Atlantic.
- Book by: December 13, 2026. Travel can happen after that date.
- Where to book: directly on Virgin Atlantic's website. Only bookings made there count toward the credit.
- Origin and currency: the flight has to start in the United States and be paid for in U.S. dollars.
- Who gets it: targeted. It has been spotted on the Platinum Card from American Express and may show up on other Amex cards.
How to Use It
Open the Amex Offers section of your online account or the Amex app and look for Virgin Atlantic. If it's listed, add it to the card first, then make the purchase with that same card. The offer has to be added before you buy.
Price the trip on Virgin Atlantic's website and make sure you spend $2,500 or more there by December 13, 2026. Our Amex Offers guide covers how to find and stack offers like this one.
Who Should Book
