JetBlue says TrueBlue changes start February 1, 2027. Perks You Pick, the program's choose-a-perk reward, is no longer one-and-done: every eligible milestone lets you choose again, including a perk you've picked before. There's also a new 2-Tile Bonus, and day-of-travel perks become one-time use. Here is what JetBlue's On the horizon for 2027 page says is changing, and what to check before you pick.
Perks You Pick Becomes Repeatable
You unlock a Perks You Pick selection at 10, 20, 30 and 40 tiles and at every Mosaic level. Each one lets you choose any perk on that milestone's menu, including one you've picked before. Before Mosaic, the menu is the same at every milestone from 10 to 40 tiles. Once you reach Mosaic, each status level has its own menu.
You have 60 days from reaching a milestone to make your pick, and a selection you don't make in that time expires. You don't have to use the perk within the 60 days. JetBlue says the 60-day window doesn't apply to selections earned through January 31, 2027.
The Menu Before Mosaic
JetBlue lists five picks for milestones before 50 tiles:
- 1,000-Point Bonus: 1,000 bonus TrueBlue points. Pick it at every milestone for up to 4,000 bonus points by 40 tiles.
- 2-Tile Bonus (new): 2 bonus tiles toward your current qualification year. Pick it at every milestone and you'll need to earn 8 fewer tiles to reach Mosaic 1.
- Early Boarding Pass: Group 3 boarding on your next eligible JetBlue flight.
- Alcoholic Drink Pass: your first beer, wine or spirit on your next eligible JetBlue flight.
- Priority Security Pass: an expedited security lane on your next eligible trip at participating airports.
The three day-of-travel passes are now one-time use and apply to your next eligible flight, so if you want one again, you pick it at your next milestone. JetBlue's terms say Early Boarding isn't offered on Main Base or EvenMore Base fares.
JetBlue is retiring the 2X points on your next JetBlue Vacations booking perk. You can still select and use it through January 31, 2027.
What Changes for Mosaic and Premier Cardmembers
Mosaic members and eligible JetBlue Premier cardmembers get complimentary space-available upgrades to BlueFirst, JetBlue's new first class cabin, starting with the arrival of the first BlueFirst-equipped aircraft. The upgrades are for BlueFirst only, not Mint, and eligible members are added to the upgrade list automatically at check-in. Our post on the free BlueFirst upgrades covers how the upgrade line works.
JetBlue's Mosaic page for 2027 fills in the rest. One BlueHouse Pass, for JetBlue's BlueHouse lounges, is on the Perks You Pick menu at every Mosaic level. Mosaic Signature Perks stay largely the same, with two additions: a pet fee waiver once you reach Mosaic 2, and the 5X earning for Premier cardmembers below. Premium Upgrade Certificates, the new name for Move to Mint certificates, join the Mosaic 2 menu starting February 1, and JetBlue says they can already be redeemed toward upgrades to Mint or BlueFirst where available.
For card holders, JetBlue says that starting February 1, Premier cardmembers with Mosaic 3 or Mosaic 4 status earn a total of 5X TrueBlue points per $1 at eligible grocery stores and restaurants, up to $50,000 in combined eligible spend per calendar year. Card-exclusive perks require the card account to be open and in good standing when the perk is selected, issued, redeemed or fulfilled.
What to Check Before You Pick
Once a selection is confirmed, JetBlue says it's final and can't be changed, exchanged or canceled. Watch the 60-day window, since an unpicked perk expires. If you're deciding how hard to chase status, our Mosaic status guide walks through the tiers and what each one gets you. JetBlue says it can change or cancel these program rules at any time.
