Hilton is quietly emailing select members with a fast track to Diamond status, and it looks like Amex Platinum cardholders are the target audience.
Reports surfacing on Reddit show Hilton Honors members receiving an invitation with a registration code for a Diamond status trial. If you're targeted and you register, your account jumps to Diamond immediately for a 90-day window. Stay 10 nights within those 90 days, and Hilton extends your Diamond status all the way through March 31, 2028.
That's a massive shortcut. Earning Diamond status the traditional way requires 50 nights a year, so this offer cuts the requirement by 80 percent.
Check your inbox now. This appears targeted rather than universal, so not every Hilton Honors member will see it. Search your email for "Hilton Diamond trial" and look for a registration link with a unique code.
What Diamond status gets you:

Run the math before you chase it. Ten nights of hotel stays isn't free, and if you don't already have travel booked that gets you there, don't manufacture stays just for status.
