Citi ThankYou points can now transfer to Copa Airlines ConnectMiles, the airline's loyalty program. Citi added Copa as a transfer partner on October 25, 2026. Transfers took effect immediately, so you can move points now.
Transfers run 1:1 from the Citi Strata Elite, Citi Strata Premier and Citi Prestige. The Citi Double Cash, Citi Strata and Citi Custom Cash transfer at 1,000 points to 700 miles. Copa is a Star Alliance member, so ConnectMiles works for Copa flights and for Star Alliance award flights. What Citi Added
Copa ConnectMiles joined the ThankYou transfer partners on October 25, 2026, and transfers work now. The ratio depends on the card that holds your points:
- 1:1: the Citi Strata Elite, Citi Strata Premier and Citi Prestige.
- 1,000 points to 700 miles: the Citi Double Cash, Citi Strata and Citi Custom Cash.
If your card isn't on either list, check the ratio shown for it in your ThankYou account before you transfer. Check Citi's transfer page for the minimum and the transfer time too.
What ConnectMiles Works For

On the Citi Double Cash, Citi Strata or Citi Custom Cash, 1,000 points become 700 miles, so price the award at that rate first.
