Alaska Airlines has a private check-in for its best customers at Seattle-Tacoma International Airport. Atmos Titanium members and guests flying in Alaska's international Business Class Suites check in at their own lobby, and a personal concierge walks them to a private security entrance. Alaska announced the lanes on April 28, 2026, said on May 21 that the Seattle lobby was open, and in a September 29 release listed a dedicated Titanium check-in facility in Seattle among the benefits it has added for its most engaged members.

Who Can Use the Titanium and Suites Check-In

Alaska's April release says the check-in lanes are exclusive to Suites guests, meaning customers flying in its international Business Class Suites, and Atmos Titanium members.

You don't have to leave your family at the regular counter. Alaska says the lanes are open to Suites or Titanium guests with their immediate family, such as a spouse and children under 21, or with up to two guests on the same reservation.

That last condition matters if you're traveling with friends. Alaska's wording allows up to two guests on the same reservation, so book those friends on your reservation if you want them through the same door.

What the Seattle Check-In Includes

Seattle gets more than a separate line. In Alaska's words, "In Seattle, Alaska's largest hub, the experience is elevated further with a personal concierge who guides guests from the exclusive Suites and Titanium lobby to a private security entrance."

So the Seattle version adds a lobby for Suites and Titanium check-in, a concierge, and a security entrance of its own; Alaska's May 21 release calls it "a dedicated entrance to TSA." Looking further ahead, Alaska's September 29 release on Aurora, the premium experience it unveiled that day, lists "an exclusive Aurora Suites check-in and concierge service at Alaska's Seattle global gateway," and an exclusive check-in and concierge service in Honolulu and Seattle for Hawaiian's Leihōkū travelers.

Where Alaska Plans to Add Check-In Lanes Next

In the April release, Alaska said additional lanes are planned across its key hubs, including Anchorage, Portland, San Francisco and Los Angeles, and internationally in London, Reykjavík, Rome, Seoul and Tokyo. It describes the concierge and private security entrance as part of the Seattle experience.

London was the first of those. Alaska's May 21 release said dedicated Suites and Titanium check-in lanes were starting in London that day, with Reykjavík to follow and Anchorage, Portland, San Francisco, Los Angeles, Rome, Tokyo and Seoul coming soon.

What It Means for You

If you're Titanium or flying Suites out of Seattle, use it, and bring your immediate family or up to two guests on your reservation with you.
