Raffles Singapore has 115 suites, 24-hour butler service and an address on Beach Road that dates to 1887. It's also an Accor hotel, so ALL Accor members will want to know whether they can book it with ALL Accor points. Accor's own page for the hotel says you earn Status and Reward points on a stay there but can't use your points, and that shapes how you plan the stay. This guide covers what Raffles and Accor say about earning and using points, what the hotel's direct offers include, and what to check before you book. I read Raffles' pages and Accor's ALL pages on October 27, 2026, and everything below comes from them.
The Short Answer on ALL Points
Accor's page for Raffles Singapore has a box for ALL members. It says that when you book this hotel, you earn Status and Reward points, you benefit from advantages and you can take advantage of the Members' rate. The same box says "I cannot use my points."
That puts Raffles Singapore in the earn column, not the redeem column, on Accor's page. Raffles' own site has a general "Earn and redeem points" link in its account menu, so if your plan depends on a points stay, ask the hotel first at (65) 6337 1886 or singapore@raffles.com. Accor's earn and use page says hotel stays can be redeemed "in participating hotels," starting from 1,000 points.
What You Get at Raffles Singapore
Raffles Singapore is an all-suite hotel, and Raffles lists 115 suites. Its FAQ says the hotel was established in 1887 and is a National Monument. Accor's page for the hotel adds eight dining and bar concepts and a reopening in August 2019 after an extensive, historically sensitive restoration. It also shows a 4.8 out of 5 ALL Rating from 1,793 reviews.
Suite sizes differ. Accor lists the Courtyard Suite King at 58 square meters (624 square feet), the State Room Suite King at 67 square meters (721 square feet) and the Promenade Suite King at 85 square meters (914 square feet). Accor lists the 2 Bed Presidential 2 King at 260 square meters (2,798 square feet). Check-in starts at 3 PM and check-out is by 12 PM.
What the Raffles Offers Include
Raffles sells several packages on its offers page. Three of them are below, and each one has its own rules.
- Bed & Breakfast: minimum one-night stay, daily breakfast for two at Tiffin Room, a S$50 Raffles Boutique credit, a complimentary one-way limousine airport transfer, complimentary parking and access to the hydrothermal facilities at Raffles Spa. Raffles lists "Flexible cancellation when you book direct with us."
- Suite Stays Designed by Raffles Butlers: minimum two nights, breakfast for two, a S$50 boutique credit once per stay, a one-way limousine transfer and Classic Afternoon Tea for two at The Grand Lobby. It covers up to 2 adults and 2 children aged 12 and below, or 3 adults, with a supplement of S$180++ per night for a third adult, covering the room and one daily breakfast. Breakfast for children aged 6 to 12 is S$35++ per child per night.
- Raffles Suite Retreat: minimum three consecutive nights, booked at least three nights in advance, with daily breakfast for two and complimentary return limousine transfers.
The Suite Stays and Suite Retreat pages say prices are stated in Singapore dollars and are subject to a 10% service charge and 9% government taxes. The Suite Retreat page says the full amount is payable in advance and "not refundable even if the booking is cancelled or modified." The same page also says, "No cancellation fee will apply for cancellations received by 6.00pm (local hotel time), up to three days prior to arrival," so read both lines before you pay.
Two of the offers, Suite Retreat and Suite Stays, state that they aren't valid together with other promotions, discounts or loyalty programs. If you want to earn ALL points on the stay, ask Raffles whether the rate you pick qualifies.
Rates: Check the Rate for Your Dates
Raffles' booking box asks for your dates before it shows a price, and Accor's page for the hotel sends you to "See rates." So the right move is to check the rate for your dates on both. Raffles' booking box has a field for your 16-digit ALL loyalty number, which is where to enter it if you book direct.
When you compare, line up the same dates, the same suite and the same inclusions. A direct offer lists breakfast for two and a transfer, so weigh what each rate includes, and check whether the total you're shown already includes the service charge and taxes.
What ALL Status Does at Raffles
Accor's benefits and status page lists the tiers that matter here. Gold starts at 30 nights or 7,000 Status points and adds a room upgrade, guaranteed room availability and early check-in or late check-out. Platinum starts at 60 nights or 14,000 Status points and adds Suite Night Upgrades and lounge access at hotels with a lounge.
The page says upgrades are available "up to the Junior Suite category at Raffles hotels" and exclude villas, one-of-a-kind suites, specialty suites and presidential suites. Raffles Singapore is all suites, so ask the hotel what that cap means for your booking. Accor also says the Reward points bonus on stays varies by hotel brand and membership status.
Who Raffles Singapore Suits
Raffles Singapore fits a traveler who wants a heritage, all-suite stay with butler service and plans to pay a cash rate. It also fits an ALL member who wants the stay to earn Status and Reward points, since Accor's page says it does. The three offers above fit travelers who'd use the breakfast and the airport transfer.
It's the wrong pick if the plan is a free night on ALL points, because Accor's page for the hotel says you can't use your points there. The Suite Stays offer covers up to 2 adults and 2 children or 3 adults, so check the occupancy limits if your group is larger.
What to Check Before You Book
- Price your dates on Raffles' site and on Accor's page, and check whether the total includes the 10% service charge and 9% taxes.
- Ask whether your chosen rate earns ALL Status and Reward points.
- Read the cancellation terms for the exact offer, especially the prepaid Suite Retreat.
- Confirm the points rule with the hotel if you were counting on a redemption.
- Check the minimum stay and advance-booking rules for the offer.
Your Next Step
If you're paying cash, price your dates and choose the offer whose inclusions you'd use. If you planned to pay with ALL points, call or email Raffles before you commit, because Accor's page for this hotel says you can't use your points there.
