Marriott Bonvoy will pay up to 4,500 bonus points for each stay of two nights or more between September 22 and November 22, 2026. Only stays completed after you register count, and registration closes November 13. If you already have a fall trip booked at a Marriott property, register now so the stay counts.
What the Offer Pays
Marriott runs it as promotion WL26. The earn splits in two parts:
- 1,500 bonus points for a paid stay of two nights or more
- 3,000 additional points when that stay is at a resort
A two-night stay at a participating hotel pays the 1,500. The same stay at a resort pays the full 4,500. Both pieces need a stay of at least two nights, so book your stopover for two nights if you want it to earn.
Marriott puts no limit on the number of eligible stays that earn the bonus. The 1,500 posts within 10 business days of checkout, and the resort 3,000 can take up to 8 weeks after the promotion ends on November 22.
What Doesn't Qualify
Only paid stays count. Award stays, including Cash + Points, Free Night Awards and points bookings, don't qualify, and neither do rates from most third-party booking sites. A member who elects to earn airline miles instead of points isn't eligible, and only one room per stay counts toward the promotion.
Stays at BVLGARI, The Ritz-Carlton Yacht Collection and Marriott Executive Apartments don't qualify, and neither do owner-occupied weeks at Marriott Vacation Club, Sheraton Vacation Club, Westin Vacation Club and the other vacation and residence clubs Marriott lists. Homes & Villas by Marriott Bonvoy stays of two nights or more earn the 1,500 but not the resort 3,000.
How to Take Advantage
- Register for promotion WL26 on Marriott's promotion page or from the Promotions tab in your Marriott Bonvoy account, no later than November 13. Only stays completed after you register count.
- Book a paid rate of two nights or more at a participating property through Marriott's website, its app or the hotel itself.
- If you're counting on the extra 3,000, check that the property is a resort before you book.
Why This One Is Worth Registering For
The bonus is modest, but it adds points to a paid stay of two nights or more that you're already taking.
The catch is the registration deadline. Marriott closes sign-ups on November 13 even though stays count through November 22, so anyone who waits until the last week of the promotion to think about it will find the door shut. Register now, then forget about it.
