IHG and Emirates Skywards: 2X Miles on Direct IHG Stays, Register by November 30

Members of both IHG One Rewards and Emirates Skywards can earn 2X Skywards Miles on eligible IHG stays. You have to register by November 30, 2026, book through ihg.com, and finish the stay by January 31, 2027.

IHG's offer page and its terms list these details:

• The offer is 2X Emirates Skywards Miles on stays at participating IHG Hotels & Resorts globally.
• You need to be a member of both IHG One Rewards and Emirates Skywards.
• Register with your Skywards membership number from October 29 through 11:59 pm GST on November 30, 2026. IHG's page also tells you to book by November 30.
• The stay has to be completed by 11:59 pm GST on January 31, 2027.
• A qualifying stay is at least one night booked through ihg.com on an eligible direct booking rate. Reward Nights and Points & Cash don't qualify, and neither do bookings through online travel agencies or other reservation sites such as booking.com or expedia.com.
• Before check-in, set Emirates Skywards as your earning preference in your IHG One Rewards account.
• IHG says to allow up to six weeks for the miles to post.

What Counts As a Stay

IHG's terms say consecutive nights at the same hotel count as one stay. If two or more members share a room, the miles go only to the member who made the booking, and only one room per member per night earns the bonus. Room nights outside the promotion period, and nights from a stay completed before you registered, aren't included.

What 2X Means

IHG's terms give a base earning rate of 2 miles per US dollar at participating IHG hotels globally, and 1 mile per dollar at Candlewood Suites and Staybridge Suites. They say 2X means the base miles and bonus miles together equal twice the base miles on the room rate and eligible charges.

How to Get It

1. Register on IHG's offer page with your Emirates Skywards membership number.
2. Set Emirates Skywards as your earning preference in your IHG One Rewards account before check-in.
3. Book through ihg.com on an eligible direct booking rate by November 30.
4. Complete your stay by January 31, 2027.

Who Should Book

This suits Skywards members who already have IHG stays planned through January and can book directly on ihg.com.
