Some of those employees, contractors and affiliated organizations may be located outside of your home country, province, or other governmental jurisdiction where the data protection laws may differ from those of your jurisdiction. By using our website, you consent to the transfer of such information to them.
We may also disclose potentially personally identifying and personally identifying information with Service Providers on the website you have shown interest in or otherwise interacted with through the website.
Notwithstanding the foregoing, The Points Party LLC will not rent or sell potentially personally identifying and personally identifying information to anyone. Other than to its employees, contractors, users and affiliated organizations, The Points Party LLC may disclose potentially personally identifying and personally identifying information in response to a subpoena, court order or other governmental requests, during a business transfer/Merger, or when we believe in good faith that disclosure is reasonably necessary to protect the property or rights of The Points Party LLC, third parties or the public at large.
If you are a registered/subscribed user and have supplied your email address, we may occasionally send you an email to tell you about new features, newsletter, solicit your feedback, or just keep you up to date with what’s going on with The Points Party LLC and our services. We shall keep this type of email to a minimum. If you send us a request (for example via a support email or one of our feedback mechanisms), we reserve the right to publish it in order to help us clarify or respond to your request or to help us support other users. The Points Party LLC takes all measures reasonably necessary to protect against the unauthorized access, use, alteration or destruction of potentially personally identifying and personally identifying information.
Information we process with your consent
We collect data about your activities that does not personally or directly identify you when you visit our website, the website of entities for which we serve advertisements (our “Advertisers”), or the websites and online services where we display advertisements (“Publishers”).
This information may include the content you view, the date and time that you view this content, the products you purchase, or your location information associated with your IP address. We use the information we collect to serve you more relevant advertisements (referred to as “Retargeting”). We collect information about where you saw the ads, we serve you and what ads you clicked on.
Retention of Your Personal Data
We offer you choices when we ask for personal information, whenever reasonably possible. The Points Party LLC provides you with the opportunity to ‘opt-out’ of having your personally identifiable information used for certain purposes. You may decline to provide personal information to us, although some of our features or services may not function properly as a result.
You agree that the transmission of data via The Points Party LLC site is subject to human error, machine errors, omissions, delays, and losses (including but not limited to viruses or inadvertent loss of data or damage to media) that may give rise to the loss or damage. We will not be liable for any such errors, omissions, delays, or losses unless caused by our willful misconduct.

Once pages and/or data have been cached on your computer, that data is beyond our control and may be accessible to anyone with access to your computer. You assume all liability associated with any data cached on your local computer. We advise that you empty your web browser cache when you log out of the site.
The Site should only be used as a resource for accessing information, not a resource for information storage. You should implement security measures, to a level of good industry practice, to limit the impact of data loss (such as corruption or virus infection).
Breach of “Privacy”
Users have a right to pursue legally enforceable rights against us if we fail to adhere to the privacy laws. Privacy laws under this agreement shall include reasonable privacy laws acceptable and used in commercial businesses. These laws require not only those users have enforceable rights against us, but also that users have recourse to courts or government agencies to investigate and/or prosecute non-compliance by The Points Party LLC.
The security of your Personal Information is important to us but remember that no method of transmission over the Internet, or method of electronic storage is 100% secure. While we strive to use commercially acceptable means to protect your Personal Information, we cannot guarantee its absolute security.
Google Analytics and Google AdSense
We also use Google AdSense Advertising on our website. Google AdSense is an advertisement initiative by Google for website owners. A website owner can register with Google AdSense and once an advert is placed by Google, the website owner gets paid per click and interest (the products on the advert change over time as most adverts are for partners of Google or Google itself).
