US Bank just brought back some of their best-ever welcome bonuses on two excellent business credit cards. If you've been waiting for the right time to add a US Bank business card to your wallet, this is it.
The Deals
U.S. Bank Business Altitude Connect: Earn 75,000 points (worth $750) after spending $6,000 within 180 days. First-year annual fee waived, then $95.
U.S. Bank Business Triple Cash Rewards: Earn $750 cash back after spending $6,000 within 180 days. No annual fee ever.
Both cards give you a full six months to hit the spending requirement, making these bonuses accessible even for smaller businesses.
Why These Bonuses Matter
The Business Triple Cash jumped from its typical $500 bonus to $750, a 50% increase. The Business Altitude Connect increased from 60,000 points to 75,000 points. These are the highest offers we've seen on these cards, and they rival the best business credit card bonuses available right now.
Both cards also come with 0% intro APR for 12 billing cycles on purchases and balance transfers, making them solid options if you're carrying business debt or financing a large purchase.
Earning After the Bonus
The Business Triple Cash earns 3% back at gas stations, office supply stores, cell phone providers, and restaurants. You'll also get a $100 annual statement credit for software subscriptions like QuickBooks or FreshBooks after 11 consecutive months of purchases. That makes this one of the best business credit cards without annual fees.
The Business Altitude Connect earns 4x points on travel, gas, and EV charging stations (up to $150,000 combined annually), plus 2x points on dining and cell service. Points are worth $0.01 each when deposited to a US Bank checking account or redeemed through their travel portal.
Application Strategy
US Bank can be particular about approvals. Your odds improve significantly if you already have a relationship with them through a checking account or another credit card. As business cards, these won't count toward your Chase 5/24 status or appear on your personal credit report (though they will pull your personal credit for approval).
If you're choosing between them, the Business Triple Cash makes more sense for everyday business spending with its cash-back simplicity and no annual fee. The Business Altitude Connect is better if you have significant travel or gas expenses and don't mind the $95 annual fee after year one.
For comparison, the Chase Ink Business Cash earns 5% back at office supply stores (capped at $25,000 annually), while the Ink Business Preferred offers transferable points. Check out our guide to the best business credit cards to see how these US Bank cards stack up against the competition.
These elevated bonuses won't last forever. US Bank typically cycles through different promotional periods, so if either card fits your spending patterns, now's the time to apply.
