The Chase Sapphire Reserve for Business just brought back its best welcome offer ever, and if you've been sitting on the fence about this card, now's the time to get off it.
New applicants can earn 200,000 bonus points after spending $30,000 on purchases in the first six months. That's a big spend requirement, but if your business already runs $5,000 a month through a card, you'll clear it without changing your habits. Based on TPG's most recent valuations, that bonus alone is worth roughly $4,100 in travel.
This is the same offer that launched the card, and it's historically been the highest we've seen on this product. It won't stick around forever.
What makes this worth it beyond the bonus
The $795 annual fee is steep, but the ongoing earning and credits do a lot of the heavy lifting:
- 8x points on Chase Travel bookings, including The Edit
- 5x on Lyft (through September 2027)
- 4x on flights and hotels booked directly
- 3x on social media and search engine advertising
Then there's the credit stack: up to $500 for The Edit, $400 for ZipRecruiter, $300 in general travel credit, $300 in DoorDash promos, $200 for Google Workspace, and a $120 Global Entry or TSA PreCheck credit every four years. Add IHG One Rewards Platinum status and airport lounge access, and the math starts working even before you touch the welcome bonus.
Heavy spenders get one more incentive: hit $120,000 in a calendar year and you'll unlock a $500 Southwest statement credit, Southwest A-List status, and IHG Diamond Elite.
One thing to watch
This card doesn't count against Chase's 5/24 rule since it's a business product, but you still need to be under 5/24 yourself to get approved. If you've opened five or more cards (personal or business) in the past 24 months, check where you stand before applying.
Should you apply now
If you can hit $30,000 in spend without straining your budget, this is one of the strongest business card offers on the market right now. Apply for the Chase Sapphire Reserve for Business here.
